What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin acetate consists of the first 29 amino acids of the 44-amino acid human GHRH. This truncated version retains full biological activity. Unlike synthetic HGH, sermorelin stimulates the body's own GH production, maintaining natural feedback mechanisms and pulsatile release patterns.
